Discovery
We study the targeted user behavior, analize the market and identify opportunities. We use the method called Desing Thinking and other tools such as User Story Map to deliver an market analisys, user profiles, design prototipes and at the end of the day a Road Map linked with a development proposal.
At this stage, we help our clients to validate their products in the market by implementing one or more MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
Design
We design the solutions focusing on the User Experience, to reach the most adequate digital product for the targeted user.
We create wireframes and prototypes to test the solutions before that has builded, to obtain feedback from the user and fit the solution quickly.
Develop
The stage of develop consist on bring to reality the wireframes and solution designed. We use advance technology to create web platforms, e-commerce and mobile Apps for Android and iOS devices.
Entire process is made over SCRUM framework. including techniques to review source code and continuous integration processes. We deliver incremental packages of software every 15 days, so we can get feedback from the users to fit the solution as fast as possible.
Go Live
This stage is focused on startup and make available the solutions for the users. We dispose all the technical environments for development and staging, and we help our client's team to take control of the entire solution gradually.
Our professional team can help our clients by designing, implementing and monitoring the IT architecture on their own infrastructure, or also we can provide new IT infrastructure to start working on AWS Cloud.
Evolution
The final stage of the cycle is focused on the usage of the generated data by the digital product. We apply Data Science and Artificial Intelligente to predict user's behavior and to sumarize all the information, to dispose new tools that allow the decision process be easier.
This stage, also, allow us to give feedback about the digital solutions and how we can improve it. We can use these data like an input for the next iteration.
